These are the best empanadas you will find in all California, and perhaps in the entire United States. The dough is perfect, soft and golden; the meat stuffing, one of my favorites, is exquisite! All other fillings, chicken, spinach, mushrooms etc. are really a delight for the palate. Highly recommended!! They are OPEN FOR BUSINESS on location - Their Location 2995 Spring St/corner of 2nd St. in the border between Redwood City and Menlo Park. Â It is an industrial area, but they have some small tables and chairs, and they serve different coffees, etc. Â The food is absolutely delicious, and very authentic - exactly like in URUGUAY and ARGENTINA. Â and, of course many South American countries (Chile, Bolivia, Colombia, etc). Â Highly reccommend them, we went there this mornig for their official opening.
