What do you love most about your job?
I have been coaching and mentoring young adults, college students and employees for over fifteen year. I enjoy watching others grow and transform in their professional and personal lives. I especially enjoy when I have an opportunity to see them when a period of time has lapsed and see their continued growth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to continue to inspire and guide others. I know first-hand how a good mentor or coach can impact someones life and direction. My experiences and education allow me to have multiple perspectives to guide people through transitions in life and achieve the life they want.
Why should our clients choose you?
In 6 years, I was able to complete my MBA and doctorate degrees and go from a secretary position to a senior level manager in a major brand company managing a multi-million dollar budget and leading a staff of 60. All this while caring for a young family and giving back to my community. It took determination, hard-work, a plan, and most importantly I took action and made it happen.
