I have been a multisite property manager for over 20 years and in that time I have dealt with electrical engineers from Inverness to Truro. Antony carried out a fixed wiring examination of a 5 star boutique hotel, the very nature of the building and the fact that it was 5 star, meant that the examination had to be carried out during silent hours whereby the guests experience was not affected in anyway. Although this restraint proved “tricky” at times, Antony coped admirably, he was always on time regardless of weather conditions (winter) and he arrived with a smile on his face. On completion of the examination he produced over and above what is normally provided or expected, trust me I know this was my 12th examination! As a result of his professionalism and his outstanding work ethics he has become my preferred electrical engineer & as such he has recently replaced a number of lighting source controllers which were damaged due to water ingress, needless to say he was outstanding. We contacted TES Compliance when our first choice contractor let us down. We needed the testing and any associated works to be completed immediately as our insurance company was on our case. Antony and his team we're absolutely fantastic, they had two teams working in shifts, night and day to get the testing completed to meet our extremely tight deadline. Not only did they complete the testing for us but they also put right the non-compliances that the testing showed up. We are a very large site with in excess of 4000 circuits and to our delight the report was with us less than 24 hours after the guys finished up on site. I used TES Compliance to carry out an inspection of our large factory, I found the engineers to be very helpful in helping us to complete this complicated task. They advised us on what to expect and things to consider so the actual testing went without a hitch. Very happy with the whole package, service, price and the report was received within days. We had an electrical installation condition report (EICR), PAT testing and emergency lighting, Antony also recommended that we had thermal imaging carried out as well, initially I had my doubts however this proved to be an invaluable decision as TES found a loose connection within our switch panel, had this fault been left to develop we could have been looking at hundreds of thousands of pounds in lost production not to mention the repair costs. Since first using The Electricians Sussex Ltd at our Crawley Warehouse premises I was impressed at their professional knowledge that quickly resolved problems with our electrics, since when they have carried out both PAT testing and 5 year Fixed wiring tests again at the Crawley site and also at other Rico Logistics sites again efficiently and economically and even worked with our requirements as a 24 hour operation to need the shortest possible interruption to the power supply to our computer systems and allow continuous operation. The Electricians carried out all our Fixed Wire Testing, Emergency Lighting Inspection and Portable Appliance Testing. In addition they also recommended a Thermal Imaging Survey, which we found particularly helpful.
