Disclosure: I have known Wendell for over 30 years.
That being said, we were totally thrilled with his work on our house. Fair, honest, complete, on time work and quick responses to all our questions. We wanted work that was done right the first time and would last, and The Eavestrough Company more than delivered. We rarely engage in business contracts with acquaintances - too much could go wrong! I was pleased from the time Wendell came to provide the estimate to the finished work. Wendell didn't try to oversell, he said the soffits and fascia were still in good shape that they didn't need to be replaced - why spend money when you don't need to. How nice is that ! However because everything was white and the colour was somewhat worn I decided to go with black eavestroughs ( glad I did, I love it). We did replace the soffits and fascia on the front of the house where the porch is. It is beautiful, Josep did a great job and any concerns or issues he encountered he let me know right away. ( the house is 63 years old so nothing was completely straight). He offered his suggestions and was very patient with my thousand questions and indecision. Joseph was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great office staff! I booked and appointment for a quote. Wendell came over, took measurements & gave me a fair price based on the work to be done in removing old eavestroughs & installing new ones with leaf guard protection.

The Eavestrough Company just completed the replacement of all downspouts, new facia and soffit on a small roof overhanging the gas flue and new trim around the garage door. The crew were efficient, thorough, very professional, courteous and they did such a good job tidying up afterwards that you wouldn’t know they’d been there! I reached out to The Eavestrough Company and two others for quotes. Its not an exaggeration to say that once I received my quote, that I didn't need to meet with anyone else. The consultation was everything I needed and provided me with all the necessary information...the level of knowledge/experience was very apparent.The work was completed several weeks later and I could immediately tell that the work was done with accuracy. Shortly after we received rain which gave me sight to how well the work was completed.I did have to contact the company for a follow-up visit. This visit ended up having little to do with the work completed yet someone visited the same day I called to make adjustments. The owner of the company arrived for the estimate at the time he said he would. He was a likable and knowledgeable individual and he gave me confidence that the job would be done well. He offered suggestions such as wider downspouts and also ideas on where to best situate the downspout to avoid water buildup. He provided an immediate estimate which was produced from his computer in his vehicle. It indicated all the items such as leaf guards, colour, etc. I was also aware of the approximate completion date. True to their word they called in July to say they would like to start the job. This gave us time to move our cars from the driveway. The work was performed within 2 days and everything was done according to the estimate. I was 100% pleased with the work and would recommend this company to everyone. Also their price was competitive to other companies, they were members of the BBB and Homestars and they are properly insured so that I didn't have any liability issues. This is a late post/review. I waited a few months to make sure that the problem was solved.
We were having problem on some areas where rain water overflow on the eavesthrough.
Contacted a number of eavestrough contractors of which some are too expensive, some salesmen are too pushy and unprofessional. We decided to go with The Eavestrough Company after talking to Wendell who gave us a written estimate the price of which was reasonable and with details as to materials, sizes, warranty, and other info.
It was end of October last year and they are quite fully booked. But Faye who handled the admin side kept us informed on when they will be able to do the installation weather permitting. She was so responsive and friendly.
Finally had all the eavestrough and downspouts replaced a few months later.
Project was completed and looks outstanding. Installers was also great to work with and completed in about a day. No mess left behind and no more rain water overflow. I am so pleased with the result.

Our siding blew off in a windstorm last fall. We contacted the eavestrough company and they were very prompt in responding. We repaired the siding to get us through the winter. When spring came we decision to not only get the siding replaced but do the Eaves, soffit, and fascia as well. The whole process was very pleasant. The staff kept in contact with us regularly especially during all the rainy days to keep us updated. The workers were fast, friendly, and did an unbelievable job. I hired the Eaves Trough Company to replace my eaves troughs. Everyone I spoke with at the company was extremely friendly and professional. The quote was done thoroughly and there was no upselling.
