We've been doing our 5K for 14 years! This year was the second year for us to use Driven. I wish we used Driven for all 14 years! !! It encompassed everything we needed and more! I was constantly relieved when I reached out to Rebecca. She went above and beyond to come up with solutions or to present different options. She never failed to respond immediately. I could go on and on about this amazing tool. It makes things so much more simple and direct for everyone on our end and runners' end. The Driven helped us successfully register over 1,400 walkers for the 2018 Be the Light Walk to support suicide prevention efforts in Greater Green Bay, Wisconsin. We had to accommodate adults and children registering as individuals or members of teams in memory of family and loved ones. We also had to process volunteers signing up to assist with the event. Having worked with The Driven since 2015, my overall experience as our running club's liason with the development of a new site and maintenance of the website after its launch has been very positive.
As we navigated building a new site, everyone at The Driven was open to our ideas and if they didn't have an exact application to our specific needs they were able to either adapt or even create what our club requested.
The launch of the club's website took time and I feel that everyone on The Driven's staff was invested and dedicated. We've experienced a few hiccups along the way but I can't say enough good things in regards to the team's response time and resolutions of any issues. The Driven has worked very well for our running club of 1,000+ members.

After using The Driven's platform for several years now, our running club views their club solution as an essential tool for membership management, weekly communication, and a central information hub that compliments our social media presence.
The platform is so feature-rich that we find ourselves annually considering new ways to broaden how we use our site. But perhaps most valuable of all is the close relationship we've had with The Driven. Their interest in regular client feedback, responsiveness to issue resolution, and proactive approach to maximizing our use of their platform is a sure sign that they take customer focus seriously.
