How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Usually by doing some research on the Governments online Planning Portal website, although this can be confusing, it's much better to speak with a Professional for advice.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Firstly, confirmation that planning permission is or isn't required. Then choosing a Building Control surveyor, either Local Authority or private Approved Inspector than appointing a Contractor.
