I took my dog for a groom for the first time with Hannah, she was kind, caring and reassuring with my dog,Hannah’s grooming parlour was clean and organised, she took time to discuss the cut that was needed for my dog, and my little dog came home clean, fluffy and very happy. Sheba has just had her pre Christmas pamper. Hannah continues to have the magic touch, as Sheba has extra sensitive paws and previous dog parlour visits to have her nails trimmed, used to be a very stressful event, thankfully now a distant memory. I have taken my dog to many groomers over the years, but service that Hannah provides is impeccable and I will not need to look elsewhere again. She is very friendly and you can rest easy when leaving your dogs with her, knowing that she is giving them the best treatment and looking after them like her own. Our two dogs love their visits to Hannah and Thornton, it's nice to have the peace of mind of knowing that the dogs will have a great time as well as a great cut. Can't recommend Hannah enough, dogs always look great and they love seeing Thornton too. Our dogs hated going to our old groomers but they actually get excited when we pull up at the Dog House!
