Tremendous book and videos. Absolutely first class. Nigel starts with "Why" instead of "What". So that we properly understand our dogs' motivations. And therefore correctly address unacceptable behaviour. Guarantee if you read this book you will have many "light bulb" moments! Essential reading... More...

The book is excellent! It has really helped with my dog and his 'protective' barking. Thank you!

The best dog trainer/gardian I could recommend! Nigel transformed my anxious, over-excitable naughty dog into a calm, well behaved and relaxed companion. He truly understand and loves them. Worth every penny. Thanks again Nigel! More...

Love this book. It all makes a lot of sense and uses techniques both I and my dog Josh feel comfortable with. Thank you it's a great read. My dog is not aggressive but gets over excited around other dogs. I am adopting the same approach as you suggest for aggressive dogs and it seems to be working? More...

Nigel is one of the most patient people I know. He was instrumental in helping me with my first puppy a GSP (what as I thinking) who suffered separation anxiety and all round bad behaviour including pulling etc. He did an amazing job with her- I could probably have done with more training on MYSELF. Cannot recommend him highly enough. More...

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Such a useful book with easy to follow steps you can put into practice immediately. Once we started we saw improvements straight away. By day 3 our rescued american bulldog Lola, who pulled like a train previously was happily trotting along by my side on a loose lead... She's also now walking passed dogs on the other side of the street with barely a glance something that would have previously seen her lunging to get to them... can't wait to see what we can achieve by day 7! If you have a dog – get this book! More...

I bought this book before we got our rescue pup and it was money well spent and has been a total saver in terms of trying to understand our dog and give us the confidence to consider his needs properly. We all still have a long way to go but the advice in the book is clear, practical and really helpful and we are making steady progress. As a result of buying the book, we started reading the blog and find the information really accessible and easy to follow. I cannot recommend this book enough. More...

Just finished reading Nigel’s book and as a 49 year old and owner of a number of dogs over the years I’m now more in tune with being a better leader now. Such a good book.

Went to the lecture and am reading the book, already I've had answers to some problems even training classes couldn't solve. Did two techniques I learnt and now Reggies eating his dinner well plus he's getting better on the lead . It covers how your dog see' s the world and gives a true understanding of why their behaviour occurs . Finally an approach that works on many levels. More...

Today we had a 1-2-1 session with Nigel who has taught us all the basics on how to make our new rescued 5 month old puppy Roxy a well behaved and happy dog. He was great teaching the kids how to deal with Roxy and she has already stopped jumping up on them. We will keep it up. Thank you so much Nigel! More...
