The staff at the Document Centre are absolutely outstanding guys - incredibly helpful and friendly and patient. They helped me with a really tricky formatting issue and didn't charge anything extra. I have to say this is the best customer service I have ever received. The staff here, especially in my case Mark and Louis, really go the extra mile. I cannot recommend them enough if you need your thesis printing. The quality of their work is excellent, they are fast and efficient and always warm and friendly.
