Josh was great and easy to work with! He made the reception planning fun and easy. He even included our specific requests like the Spongebob Jellyfish Jam during our photodash and the Pokémon theme song during my take on the bouquet toss using a Pokéball. Can’t go wrong with Josh!

Our wedding reception was so fun 10 out of 10 would recommend him. He was very fun yet professional at the same time.
He played all our songs on the must be played list and a couple others that definitely got the crowd going! Not only did he play all our songs we wanted but, took requests too. Which, is always a good time. He was a great DJ and his announcing or was spot on as well. He also was so kind to drive out to our little church hall is in the middle of nowhere in the country. He was really good at getting back to us via email and phone call to answer any questions we had. For sure, would hire again in a heart beat!

Josh was so accommodating! There was a lot of uncertainty due to Covid restrictions, but he put me at ease and remained flexible throughout the entire planning process. He was so organized, and I loved the online system of selecting songs. I really appreciated his attention to the details of how I wanted my night to go. Josh was amazing! Our wedding was in May of 2021 and there was a lot of uncertainty due to Covid restrictions…but he was so flexible with all of the planning.
Everything was so easy with Josh and he took the stress off of me. We had a lot of young adults and teenagers at our wedding, and Josh took all of their requests! He made sure EVERYONE enjoyed themselves. He definitely kept the reception flowing and went out of his way to work with me. So accommodating every step of the way!

DJ Booth was perfect for our wedding. There was a good mix of songs we picked ourselves and his own selections that got our families (that don't do much dancing) out on the dance floor.
He worked with us throughout the evening to keep the flow of events happening when we were ready. He was on time, professional, and because
he doesn't charge an excessive amount we were able to afford a honeymoon also! Highly recommended for any event.

Our DJ Josh was amazing!! He was very professional and helpful in the area of selecting music. He played everything on our "must Play" list and was respectful of our "do not play" list.
He kept the reception flowing and kept people dancing all night. I think the Dj is one of the most imporant aspects of the reception if not THE most. Josh exceeded our expectations and I would recommend The DJ Booth to anyone that wanted a flawless reception.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Reading the crowd and knowing the music that will bring people back on the floor.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I would say my style is free form. I play to the crowd.
What do you love most about your job?
I love music. I DJ really to support my music habit. I love a packed dance floor all night. I love when a bride comes up and gives me a hug saying how wonderful the night was.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working with a few companies over the years. I would say that helped me hone my craft. My friend and mentor who I worked for over 10 year lost his battle with cancer and as hard as that was I knew I wanted to do more. So I officially launched my business.

I'm very easy to work with and focus on serving the client.
