What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Ultimately, it boils down to what the client is looking to accomplish. A thorough needs assessment will be in order.
Describe your creative process.
The process for creating a new website will go something like this... Client communicates ideas for the new logo, colors to be used, as well as examples of logos that he or she likes. We then go about creating a logo, providing five examples to choose from. When one is chosen, there is opportunity to further refine the logo. With that completed, we discuss what functions the website needs to perform. With that information in order, we begin the web design. There will be several designs to choose from; the client will chose his or her favorite, and we will refine further from there. With the site design finalized, we put it into code, typically with a WordPress backend, making it easy for the client to make future updates.

At work start, we will have a conversation to determine the full scope of work.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that online marketing allows me to be creative.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After many years working as an employee within the corporate marketing departments of Toyota, AT&T, Sony, and DHL, I branched out on my own in 2011, dedicating my time to my own business.
