I contracted Tammy at Design Studio to redecorate my den. She did an absolutely beautiful job & gave me exactly what I wanted. She has the ability to look at the big picture & work with what I had. She is professional, friendly, & has a great eye for design. She put together ideas then we sat down & reviewed them. She ordered everything & when things arrived she came over with her team & put it all in place. The process took a little longer than I anticipated but in the end it was worth it. Very good project, however the deadline was not met, the servers did not show up to work and Tammy said not to worry about the deadline and this one is already 2 months late and they had to redo the work several times a lack of attention.

If I can give them 0 stars I would . I walked in and the girl working there was very nice and helpful she provided me with the owners number to reach out and get a quote Tammy Hamilton . The owner said she would get back with me for a quote and will only reach out when I text her. She kept pushing it back and til this day I am waiting on a quote. The designer Tammy didn’t seem to really listen to my ideas. Starting on 8/27 and here we are about five weeks to have some rough ideas that was really nothing that I asked for or was any ideas or feed back I gave her.
Still waiting on pricing that I was promised on 9/23 or 9/24. When I followed up on 9/30 was told it would be next Wednesday or Thursday. And my design modification would be next Tuesday. I guess I should have taken the hint when she couldn’t even be at our design reveal appointment. Which was not anything we discussed when we met.
Along with stating that I have not paid for work that was done. Well I guess I’m suppose to pay for something that wasn’t correct. Along with never receiving an invoice. How would I know what to pay. Especially since I was told at my home that there is a design fee once the designs are approved and drawing rendered. However being called a liar is not what I expected. Along with being told some people are a waste of time and why try to do the work. I guess if you really sent an invoice there should be email history of the sent invoice. I know I never received what I asked for nor was an invoice sent. And I guess if they were professional I would not be getting nasty text messages from the referring party. It seems if my bad review of your business was really important. The professional thing would be contact the prospective client and find out how to rectify and make things right not lash out through a previous customer. I recommend not going through what we have had to go through. The professionalism is not there all the way around. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. As a rebuttal there is lash back and I’m the liar and a waste of time. Not paying for work that really wasn’t acceptable. Which it goes back to if our project mattered we would have been listened to and our design would have been more in line with the ideas given in the first meeting. Along with not telling me they would get back to me in about 7-10 business days. Moral of the story I’m the liar, waste of time and didn’t pay for something that was not completed.
