I have some fairly aged carpet with some rumpling and needed cleaning. My NextDoor site had several people recommend A Personal Touch, so I reached out. They fit me in quickly and came to our home and did a magnificent job~! They also stretched our carpets out and took out rumpling that had been there for a long time and my carpets look beautiful. I... I... I am just not known for being quiet. And... I am certainly not known for being speechless. However, TODAY, I **am** speechless.
My carpets were a disaster. I know "everybody" says that, but mine were. (LOL, the carpet guy did NOT correct me when I said that!) The VERY COOL THING "Were" is the key word there because my carpets are now SPECTACULAR!! I'm sooooo, so very pleased!
I'm not only so very pleased with the quality of the job done, but even more so with the quality of the man doing the job. Sam Azzam is a man of character. He's funny. He's gracious. He's a very hard worker. He's... Amazing!
And me? Well, as you can see from the above, I got over being speechless. I HIGHLY recommend A Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning. From moment one of contact with Donna on the phone all the way to ultra clean carpets due to Sam, well! There are only GREAT THINGS to be said for this company!!

As a Littleton native, I have known Phil for over 30 years because my mom also called only A Personal Touch for all carpet and rug cleaning. Words cannot accurately describe the attention to detail & the pride taken by this family-owned company. Donna is the gem who keeps the office logistics running smoothly. I had an excellent experience using A Personal Touch. I had called them to come clean a white linen couch that my 2 yr old had decided to artfully decorate with red punch. I thought the couch was most likely ruined, but Phil was a miracle worker and got the stains out. Reasonable priced, came out quickly and on time. Phil was very personable and attentive to our needs.
