So, Jackie. You are so amazing. I can not believe the amount of thought, talent and hard work you put into our Wedding cake. It was absolutely beautiful! So much better then anything we could have imagined. There are not enough words to describe the time and effort you put into your work. You really do go above and beyond for your customers. Everything was spot on, even down to my wedding shoes on the cake and the model of our pooch Minnie. I can't recommend you enough, but I will be screaming it from the roof tops because we loved our cake! A brilliant sugar flower course with Margaret Ellis sharing her knowledge and skills. Jackie and her wonderful team looked after us so well. Even husband Paul appeared with another fan to try and keep us all cool in this heat wave! Great facilities, lovely food, I cant say thank you enough to everyone. Went in yesterday with an idea of an end result but needed some advice and icing to do it. Got brilliant advice, some clever tips, all the thjngs I needed and an offer of help if I needed it later. I loved my 1-1 training with Jackie. You can tell that she is very experienced and a highly skilled baker. She put me at ease throughout my training and also managed to boost my confidence. Well.....what can I say....i had a fabulous day yesterday at The Delicious Cake Company!. The hostess Jackie Kendall welcomed us with a huge friendly warm smile as we attended a class taught by the very lovely Barbara Luraschi. Barbara, a very thorough, patient and helpful instructor, not to mention hugely talented!. The training room was bright and airy and kitted out with everything we needed for the day. Jackie kept us hydrated and fed throughout day. She kept popping up to see how we were getting on too...it was a small group of varying skill levels, we all got along and had a real good laugh, it was a great atmosphere....the fruits of our labour were brilliant..... so with news skills and new friends, what is there not to love.....nothing.. Just fabulous!. I wouldn't hesitate in attending another course here. If you haven't been.....make sure you do and if you dont think you can do it....you most def can! Can't wait for the next one.....xx More...

Had the best day having 1-1 training with the very patient and talented Jackie. Learned so much and am over the moon with my cakes. Highly recommended training in a professional but warm and homely atmosphere. Excellent time with Amy and Jackie - learnt a lot at this class - definitely a class to do if you are thinking of decorating wedding cakes etc. Jackie looked after us with endless cups of tea and coffee and biscuits etc and made us all feel very welcome. Jackie was amazing when she made our delicious wedding cake and cupcakes. She went above and beyond right from the word go, showing passion and pride in what she did. in the months leading up to the big day, I broke my back in 2 places and Jackie messaged me regularly to see how I was doing and make me smile. She made me feel so special and worked with me to get the design and colour perfect. The cakes were heavenly, so light and fluffy we were sad when it was all eaten.
