If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further than The DEC. Our big day exceeded expectations with how beautiful this space is. The style is versatile and allows brides to have any style of wedding they want. Throughout the night many people were in awe of how beautiful the building was. I would like to give a shout out to the Director, Chase, as he went above and beyond to accommodate the planning process. He helped with the vision of the layout and gave expert recommendations on various vendors. Many people were concerned about parking downtown but it was a breeze, not a single complaint from any of our guests (150 people). I had the pleasure of hosting a party for about 100-125 people in this space following an Idaho Falls Symphony concert. The space is big and roomy, but still warm and intimate. Guests commented that they felt comfortable and cozy. The bartender hired through the venue was extremely friendly and well-liked. The DEC did not disappoint!! We just attended their comedy night and it was top notch in every way. Clean, smart, and insanely funny comedians. It is great that the DEC is able to get that caliber of comedians to Idaho Falls!! Awesome venue! The production quality, lighting, sound, etc was perfect.
