The Dawg House is awesome! I bring my lab Buddy to the Zip Zone. He loves it! It’s wonderful having something close that helps keep Buddy active in the winter months. What do you love most about your job?
Of course working with the dogs . Watching the owners becoming a team with their dog. Seeing that pack relationship grow to the point of One boss, one leader, one best friend. 45 plus years and I never get tired of it and I am still learning every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Their are so many systems & myths about dog training. I wanted the teach the owners that each dog is so unique no one way works on all dogs. They are just as different as we are . I believe dogs are easy to train and that it just depends on how you teach them. I could not believe no one was wiling to brake away from the traditional bate & reward system and train the dog as a individual. In 1993 I turned professional, started my own business and never looked back.
