Just played through James's Fury 5...let me tell you this thing sounds like no other amp I've ever played. I play lots of 80s metal and it worked for me! Definitely sounds way louder than what I would expect from a 5w amp! Definitely considering getting one of the amp heads to use with my half stack! I saw a picture of one of Fisher's Hifi amps on FB and was immediately attracted to the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. I messaged him about commissioning a custom amplifier that I would primarily use for playing blues harmonica. He took the project and ran with it! We communicated throughout the build and David never left me guessing about the status of the build. David is an electronic genius! Had my Pas3 tube preamp fully restored and upgraded (even fitted it with a remote so I only have to get to get up to flip the album). David is meticulous with making sure everything is just right and checks back with me often to make certain I'm still pleased. Never met anyone else even close to having that kind of care with their work! Next purchase is a Beckman 37. He's got a customer for life with me and I recommend FisherAMPS to all my music friends across the globe! More...

I received my new Fisher Amps Beckman 37 and it has been in service about 2 weeks now. I am incredibly impressed with this amp. The sound is just amazing, rich, warm and consistent at all volumes, including 100% output. What I was not expecting was how little noise floor there is with this amp. There is virtually no noticeable noise at all.
While secondary to the sound, the craftsmanship is absolutely second to none. You see pictures in this page of the building process and you can tell it's built with a great deal of care, but I can assure you, the pix don't do the work justice. It's an absolute thing of beauty in addition to producing a fantastic sound.
