Maria made my wedding cake and all I can say is WOW! It was amazing I gave Maria some ideas, of what I wanted for my wedding cake and she then created our cake. I was so happy when I saw it was over the moon with the design and the flavours we’re incredible. We had 3 different flavours Lemon,Red velvet and Salted caramel all were so yummy! I ordered a birthday cake from Maria for my husband's surprise 40th last week. The cake was tailored personally as requested, with Victoria sponge and an added touch of my hubby's favourite chocs inside (m&ms). The cake went down a treat at the party with family and friends and no doubt there will be orders from Maria from the family. To add I frequently buy cupcakes for events from Maria anyway which are devine, such a great mix of flavours and textures. Maria has now done two cakes in a row for me, the first one was a double tiered personalised birthday cake, one level chocolate and one layer butterscotch, so much thought and effort was put into this cake and it was absolutely amazing! The second one was a dairy and soya free cake for my niece and I cannot describe how authentic and tasty it was, especially with such limited ingredients! Maria definitely has a talent for this and once you experience her baking you will not want to go anywhere else.
