I don’t usually write reviews but on the occasion I feel I must. In July I had the pleasure of going to the Curtain House in Colchester after the shop was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted to order some curtains for our newly decorated bedroom. I had the pleasure of meeting Ellie, the owner of the shop who is a delight in every way. She is so knowledgeable and helpful in what she does and nothing is to much trouble for her. With her help we decided on a gorgeous, luxurious fabric for the curtains. Her customer service and communication is exceptional. Ellie turned up at my house for measuring and fitting on time and the curtain track was made and fitted to order with no issues and I was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. We absolutely love our curtains, they are of exceptional quality and I know we wouldn’t have got a service like this from anyone else. Ellie... thank you for everything, you have a great shop and you provide a wonderful, personal service which only you can do. I was a bit wary due to the previous reveiw but the shop seemed nice, spoke to the owner who knew about the review, she wasnt rude about it,said there are always two sides , we decided to carry on and werent disappointed, Ellie took time to make sure were found the perfect fabric, all was made and fitted beautifully, would have no hesitation in recommending, and we will return when we do our bedroom curtains later in the year,
