Can we say AMAZING!! That is how I feel about the Cupcake Collection's gluten free selection. I visited the bakery for the first time over the weekend and sampled 5 (yes I said 5 lol) GF cupcakes. To say the least, I am in love. Hands down, the best gluten free cupcakes that I've had! The taste was so good that I had to double check to make sure they were really gluten free. I haven't celebrated my bday with cakes/cupcakes in over 5 years after being diagnosed with gluten intolerance. It's very hard to find gluten free baked goods that aren't bland or just plain gross. I'm excited this year to finally have a baked good option to celebrate my day :). I highly recommend this place! More...

As always a great stop for goodies while in Nashville. People even stopped me in the airport to talk about how good they were. Always moist with creamy frosting. My favorite is Red Velvet.
