What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our customers develop exceptional culture from inside the human out. We thrive on witnessing the transformation of organizations when people overcome the barriers to interpersonal communication, adopt constructive conflict, learn to trust one another, set aside our own personal agenda, and hold each other accountable. The results are immeasurable and your organization will benefit from a happier, more productive team culture.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mentor, and business partner, Bill inspired us to start this company. Bill has over 30 years of experience as an Organizational Behaviorist and has helped me with developing and growing my own organizations. By implementing and teaching many of the techniques that we provide at The Culture Academy, I was able to build and develop some of the best teams that I've ever worked with. Plus, most of the content that we provide in our program is applicable to each and every one of us in our daily lives. It has inspired me to pursue a lifelong journey of self-improvement.
