I was fortunate enough to be able to go to Anya’s Crystals Crash Course workshop recently at Lululemon in Manchester city centre. What a great workshop this was, and in a really good venue as well. I expected that we would spend our time being shown crystals and being told what they were supposed to “do” for us, but instead, Anya talked about how and why crystals work for and with us which I actually found far more useful. Anya is skilled at blending the science and the spiritual about crystals, and her advice on choosing crystals for yourself and getting to know them was excellent. I felt that I left the session with a far greater understanding of how to relate to crystals and I am still carrying the one that I bought at the session - I can’t seem to put it down! I had such a wonderful experience at The Crystalline Co. Anya is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, happy to help with the million questions I had about the array of beautiful crystals and other equally lovely items available. The Crystal Therapy and Reiki treatment I received was extraordinary and unlike anything I've experienced before. I came away feeling calm, with a lifted spirit and feeling like I'd shed any bad energy I had lurking around. Even several days since I'm still experiencing the benefits quite clearly. I had a 60 minute treatment here incorporating reiki and sound therapy. The crystal reading at the start was insightful and thought provoking. I have had a reiki treatment at The Crystalline several times now and have had a wonderful experience each time. Prior to my first session I had no knowledge of reiki or much understanding of crystals. What led me to it was a feeling that I needed to calm an anxious mind and 're-energise' which is exactly what it did for me. Anya is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and kind. After the first session I immediately wanted to make it a regular part of my own self care.
