How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We always like to discuss with clients as to the needs of the guest we are catering for. Will there be vegetarians, vegans, is it elderly group, will there be alot of children so that when preparing the menu we make sure that there is something for everyone on the plate.
What do you love most about your job?
Love the journey going to different events it's exciting and great working in different spaces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our love for the hospitality industry and our passion to serve people.
