My husband and I had an amazing experience with Coordinated Events! They are truly professional and made our wedding guests feel comfortable. Everything was done as instructed and they even helped out more as needed. Coordinated Events absolutely went above and beyond and the best part is how friendly the staff members were. Communication was great with Bobby! I never felt uneasy about him and his staff completing the tasks discussed. His rates are also affordable and worth budgeting for the extra staff. My husband and I planned a small Valentine's Day gathering where we required 1 bartender. From start to finish my experience with The Coordinated Event was nothing less than prompt, professional & easy. Bobby was on top of everything and answered all of my questions quickly.
