Myself and partner have just got home from our Fish Filleting Express Cooking class tonight. We both felt so welcome and had an amazing time. I’m no cook at all, but Andrew, our chef, carefully demonstrated each stage and was very encouraging and helpful when it came to our turn. The whole evening, from the cup of tea when we arrived, to our bag of goodies when we left was wonderful. I learnt a lot of new skills and gained ideas, but everything was well presented and thought about. We even got to pick the background music. The complimentary apron and folder was a lovely touch too. I will spread the word about the Cookery School and Grand Hotel to my friends, colleagues and family. We will definitely book another class (even my 13 year old wants to join in). The whole Cookery experience itself, has exceeded my expectations.
