What’s your signature dish?
Shaved Ice - Our Maui-style ice cream floats. Served in a clear cup, we start with ice cream on the bottom, then shaved ice, then the flavor (Orange creamsicle Dream, Strawberry Swirl, and of course Root Beer are our most popular floats, but we can transform ANY of our flavors) and topped with a yummy vanilla cream. YUM!
Ice Cream "paletero" Cart - So popular with weddings, bachlorette parties, and birthday parties, our hunky ice cream men (and lovely ladies) will serve up the most fun possible with no restrictions on space; we even use them indoors!
Big group, on site catering (FOOD!) - Our American Fare menu is tops for quality. Sirloin burgers, All Beef Hebrew National Hot Dogs, Award-winning German Brats...and don't forget the grilled onions! From groups of 75 to 750, we are a perfect choice for corporate lunches, rehearsal dinners, and big parties!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer a unique way of meeting a client's needs and budget by giving them a spreadsheet of what we can offer. They can play with the quantities and menu items to achieve just the perfect menu for whatever the occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
We bring COOL FUN and GREAT FOOD! The best "job" I've ever had; when we show up, we get nothing but smiles. When we leave, we are sent off with smiles.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started in 2007 as "The Cone Zone - Shaved Ice with the MOST FLAVORS!" We grew from concessions with our shaved ice, then added food. Our current day company is Catering - we are proud to serve many large and small companies and so many super fun events like Coachella concert parties, corporate events, craft services, 8-year old birthday parties, bachlorette parties, car dealership appreciations, nursing home appreciations, and everything in between!

Our equipment is super fun and unique and we've managed to become the #1 go-to dessert and good food caterer in the Coachella Valley.
