Friendly atmosphere in a gym that caters for all abilities. I’ve only been there around 2 months, but I feel very welcomed. Within the first week I was being greeted by my name as I entered the door and was having regular chats about my progress - a much more personal experience compared to other commercial gyms! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do, which makes for a much more interesting trip to the gym! We also have challenges open to all gym members to add a competitive streak to it all! I’m fitter, slimmer and lifting heavier and more technically correct than I ever have - and I thought I knew what I was doing in the gym before! Team CC have even helped me work on some year old injuries that I didn’t think were going away! So you could join any old gym and just get mediocre results or join Team CC and get exactly where you want to be! More...

the gym is dated, the equipments seen better days but the training itself is good but tough.
If your doing well then there’s tons of support and guidance, if you struggling then you get kicked out, threaten to be arrested and chucked off the team.
The coaches are only interested in reputation rather than show any care about a team member who’s unwell and struggling.
If you suffer with depression or PTSD this is NOT the place for you.
Lack of empathy is shocking!
If you can’t finish the finisher your out, no 2nd chances.

It’s such a shame that these people can be so nasty and cold if don’t do well.

Hands down the best gym I have ever been a member of. I had never done much strength before and felt over a little over whelmed when I started nearly 2 years ago btu the atmosphere of the othe members is amazing but most of the coaches are knowledgable, supportive and motiviting and I cant thank Team CC enough for changing my mind set when it comes training and also making me feel stronger and better. Incredible team of coaches matched with a fantastic bunch of people to train with - what’s not to love?! I’ve been at Team CC for about 18 months and in that time I have; 1) Lost over 12kg in weight 2) increased my 1RMs by an average 30kg3) Competed in my first Full Power powerlifting comp (and placed third in My weight category!) with more booked for this year4) Improved my fitness in generalI started from basically nothing - couldn’t complete one full push-up to now doing multiple sets of 12!No other choice in my opinion. Great facilities , simple but varied. The course designed for the teams are excellent and the team really puts the effort in to create a bespoke programme to your sport and members ability. They really do build athletes.

I have been training at The Conditioning Centre for 8 months and in that time I have made huge progress In both my Strength and Work Capacity as well as body composition. . Russell has helped me to consistently achieve my goals and helped identify problem areas that would have otherwise prevented me from moving forward. When I joined I the CC I was the girl that could barely do one press up without collapsing on the floor, my ass felt like a bowl full of jelly and my legs were lacking shape and the ability to do 1 body weight squat without shaking didn't exist. In a nutshell I was weak with lack of muscle tone, despite not being over weight I felt ashamed of my body and lacked confidence in the summer.Now two years on my entire body shape has changed, my fat percentage has decreased, my muscle mass has increased and my favourite thing is feeling strong... nothing can beat it. I also being a girl don't look the hulk, I feel toned, have some muscle definition and can now enjoy the summer without worrying! I could not have done this by myself, Russ is an incredible coach, who genuinely wants to see you get better, improve and feel great in his gym. He keeps the program's varied so you never get bored and is always on hand to assist, demo or just motivate the hell out of you to push that bit more. That bit where you would naturally give up training on your own. The circuit sessions continue to challenge you each week, helping edge your fitness levels up as well as enjoy training with a group of cool people. I came to The Conditioning Centre 6 months ago, after training for a year in another strength and conditioning facility. My aim was to increase strength in my weaker areas which was inhibiting my ability to move forward with my lifting goals. Russell's knowledge in body mechanics as well as his broad range of experience has helped me tremendously in every aspect. I have only been a member of the conditioning centre a few months but am starting to see the benefits already. At first the equipment does seem daunting but that disappears as soon as you get going. Russ who owns the gym and the people who work there are great, they show you how to do all exercises correctly and encourage you to push yourself, most gyms don’t do this. The programmes for women is really good, it has different exercises which you work through and can track your progress. There are also circuit classes which are hard but fun and they change every month so there is no chance of getting bored. Everyone who goes to the gym is really friendly and that does help to create a great atmosphere. The other members will help you if needed and also encourage you and are really friendly. When you are new really does make the difference, plus they have socials which is a nice social aspect to the gym. I really do recommend coming along. More...

I've been going to Conditioning centre for around a month now, and love everything about it. The atmosphere is great. The trainers are really knowledgable and supportive. Circuits are really challenging but always the option to progress if you can't start with the toughest exercise. I've been to other gyms around, just put my headphones in and do my own thing, gets pretty boring, I love that I can turn up and follow my programme that varies every month (and no injuries as there is always someone to make sure I am doing everything correctly!) I've never felt so comfortable in a gym. I'm looking forward to seeing the results as I'm getting stronger each time and here to stay! Highly recommend! More...

Since joining The Conditioning Centre 9 months ago I have completely changed my body shape and the way I perform on the Football pitch and American Football field. 
If you want to be an athlete, or if you just want to feel better about yourself, get down to The Conditioning Centre, where you'll learn how to work out the right way.
Each session is great with Russ keeping an eye on how you're doing, getting the best out of you and ensuring you have great technique. I wasted many years at commercial gyms, putting in a lot of effort without much of an idea of what it took to make a difference. The CC is totally different to your standard gym, on ‘No Excuses’ I receive a new program each month with 4 different sessions to complete within a week. 
There is a great atmosphere and everyone gets along, because we are all like-minded people in the same boat trying to improve ourselves.
Within 3 months at the CC, I felt faster and stronger, 6 months on from there I am noticeably bigger, leaner, faster, and stronger and it feels great. This place does exactly what it says on the tin, it builds athletes.

I had become demotivated by the commercial gym scene and needed a total revamp of my training programme and most definitely found it at the Conditioning Centre. The service, facilities and members have been fantastic always providing that extra bit of motivation when you're completing that last rep. Ignoring the excellent service, skill and knowledge of the conditioning centre staff, the thing that makes this gym great is the attitude everyone has to achieve their own goals. I have never been to a gym before and been cheered on by everyone to beat a personal best! Over the 18 months that I have been a member, Russell (the owner) has focused on my skills; increasing flexibility, strength and<span id="moreReview340660" class="hide"> motivation at every stage.
