I came to Dragon after being with another fixed Wifi broadband provider whose service had degraded to unusable over the last 6 months. From initial conversation to installation was plain sailing. Once up and running the speeds and uptime have been excellent. Speeds upwards of 25Mbps sometimes peaking at 50Mbps and I have had downtime of less than one hour in 3 months. The quality of service from the internet provider is incredible, on average I was getting 30mb/s which is the fastest I have ever had. The customer service is helpful and always replies within 12hrs. At no point did I ever have slow internet speeds or a connection that fluctuated. More...

After being quoted a maximum speed of 1.5MB through BT (using copper) I was happy to find a local company that provides high speed internet to rural areas, I now am able to stream Netflix or Amazon Prime without buffering and download speeds are top notch, Customer service is fantastic and the team always strive for the best possible service for clients. In the one case I've had of a planned service outage (due to work on the fibre by another company) I was informed days beforehand by email so I can't ask for anything more from an ISP. More...
