The computer guy

A friend gave me Simons telephone No. a while ago & finding need of a good "PC Doctor" I gave Simon a ring. The outcome exceeded all expectations in professionalism , efficiency & expense. From the very beginning, I had confidence in Simons ability & way of explaining things in an understandable way . To save time, Simon sorted my 'mess' out the very next day, all done remotely from his PC to mine, while I explained the problems as we went along. I now have a PC that is the speed it should be & a lot of clutter removed, freeing up considerable storage space. I am also a lot more knowledgeable of the errors I have been making, whilst talking with him on the phone while he worked his magic through his PC to mine. I have no connection with Simon, in fact I still have not met him. I do know though that I shall be in touch with him as & when I need assistance & will recommend him to anyone. Many thanks Simon. I Requested for the computer guy to come to my house to fix my painfully slow computer which was about to become one with my garden . After about 2 and a half hours the PC was performing amazingly fast and has continued to do so 2 weeks later . Best £35 i have ever spent as I thought it was going to be an expensive repair . Been using for nearly ten years after having a stroke i was unable to maintain my business computers.
