Q&As

I love being able to sense customers' needs and find the right solution for them. This might often be different to the solution they think they need, and is very often easier and/or cheaper to provide. I like to help customers be self-sufficient - so if I'm helping them with a particular business problem I like to find ways in which - once solved - they can put in processes that will help prevent the problem happening again or give them the tools to solve it themselves next time.

My work ethic - I didn't find the values and ethical culture in other companies that I like to work with myself, and so decided to set up on my own to be able to work more ethically with customers.

I'm not driven by money but by gaining the best result for my customers. I will go the extra mile to make sure that I do the best job for them, and surpass their expectations. I do this because so many times I myself come across service providers who don't live up to what they promise, and leave me with a less than satisfactory result/service. It just takes the ability to 'care' about one's work and about other people in order to provide what is needed.
