Im recommending as a member of the team myself, I had a my first interview about 3 weeks ago, and i would never go back from it! Shelley and her team members have really gone out there way not only to help me, but to help the members of the community with there fantastic cleaning knowledge and skills. I've had several cleaners from this company now, 2 Amys and an Imogen and they all adhere to the very high standard of excellence and professionalism. Literally leave no stone unturned and clean things I'd not even noticed were dirty.I'd almost despaired of finding a regular reliable cleaner.....so many cancel or turn up late or don't turn up at all.....then this company came to my rescue with regular, reliable and punctual service.If you've tried the rest u should try the best with the cleaning lady Fareham. We cannot Thank You enough!

Our eldest son is disabled and has allergies which have caused us many a monthly hospital stay. We needed a cleaner who could work around our son's needs and was VERY through and naturally caring.
We bumped into Shelley while she was cleaning the front porch of our neighbours house (something I've never seen another cleaner do) my son's face beamed when Shelley said hello. We knew right then we had to have her clean for us and lucky for us she agreed.
The next day Shelley and her small team came to our house with everything needed to clean every single inch of our home, we even had the inside of our fridge and airing cupboard cleaned and tidied. Everyone was conscious of our son's allergies and made sure he was comfortable when they needed to clean around him. We couldn't believe how much dust and dirt they picked up!

It's now been over a year since Shelley and her team started cleaning for us and its also been the longest time our son has been out of the hospital. We simply cannot thank you enough, you and your team have given us back our time, our home and our family. See you next week the boys miss you already! More...

Amazing first class service, always does such a great deep clean around the property...
My oven has never looked so clean! !
Also she takes my prescriptions when I'm having a bad day suffering with pain in my lower back etc....which is so helpful!!

Came back from a weeks holiday to a fabulously clean house!! My bathroom and oven hasn’t looked so clean since it was first put in! !

I've had the pleasure of Shelley cleaning and keeping me in good company for over a year. I've found her work and dedication to me and my cat beyond outstanding, she deserves a medal!

Last year I was unexpectedly taken into hospital in the middle of the night. I have Shelley's e-mail so I managed to get a message to her at 3 am when I thought she was sleeping, as it turns out she was on her way to wales. Shelley read the e-mail and returned home immediately to help me instead of having a weekend away.

When I came home from the hospital, she had washed all my curtains and nets, washed my bedding, all my skirting and windows, she even removed my old carpet tiles and replaced them, I had meant to do some months ago and had mentioned them to Shelley but I was too unwell to do the work myself. She made my home look cleaner than it was the day I moved in 10 years ago. During this time she came to visit and give my cat his medication 3 times a day!

Being housebound I occasionally need someone to help me, Shelley and her partner take my cat to the vet monthly for his thyroid checks. She collects my prescriptions, delivers my mail, even looks after my small garden which I cannot get out to tend to. There is nothing she won't do, and without any complaint or questions, she simply just gets on with it and with a smile and a bounce in her step.

We live out in the countryside.
Mud, dirt, open fires etc. It’s wonderful but also can get messy fast.
The cleaning lady does an amazing job of keeping this home clean and tidy.

Shelley has been washing and ironing my work wear and twin girls school uniforms since summer last year. She is always on time, does a fantastic job and even sorts out any stains on my daughters shirts for me.
