I have service from The Cleaning Authority every month, and every crew that comes in is top notch. The attention to detail is fabulous, and I especially love when team one with Angelica and Lupe come in with their sweet spirit. The team we had missed a few things that were to be covered, however, the owner was here within an hour to inspect our home and address the problem areas. Everyone is very friendly and professional; the owner definitely takes great pride in his company, employees and the services they provide. I look forward to our biweekly cleans! We've been using The Cleaning Authority for about a year and a half. Love to come home to a clean house, that doesn't over-smell like perfumes or cleaning supplies, just smells clean. We had our house cleaned yesterday for our initial clean and to start weekly cleanings. I am ashamed at how dirty my house had become, but that's what happens when you have 2 Active duty parents, 6 kids and a new born.  When I arrived home I was floored by how spotless our home was. I felt like I was coming home to a luxury suite. Team 15 did an amazing job. They far surpassed my expectations and paid some much needed attention to my whole house. I can't think of one detail that they missed. The fans, the floors, microwave, baseboard. It was such a pleasant way to come home from work. I have already recommended this company to my friends! This is the first cleaning service I've used and I love how easy they are to work with. They show up within the scheduled time frame and my house looks great when they're done. I can easily freeze service if I need to and get them to come around my schedule if the service is scheduled on a day that doesn't work for me and my family. The wife and I have been looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service with the attention to detail that we have come to expect. I'm happy to say The Cleaning Authority is both of these, reliably thorough. From the walk through estimate that they require before each new client, to the call ahead before the day of our appointment, I'm glad they have practices place to streamline the process of housekeeping. Kim was fantastic and courteous upon meeting her for our estimate and she briefly explained all that their service encompasses along with services they do not provide. The fees were clear and easily understood and well presented.Upon the day of our appointment, the cleaning ladies arrived within the window of our appointment. Yeah, I know, you're thinking cable guy when I say window of appointment but the company provides small two hour windows to best fit their schedule and being the awesome people and client that we are, we completely understand this, so please don't let this distract you from trying this company.Now, the results, I didn't catch their names as our ladies were all about the business and immediately on entering the home went to work which i greatly appreciate.
