Hired Chloe for full branding services (logo design, brand book, product photos). To summarize my experience, it was a series of slow communication, delays/rescheduling and a literal waste of my time and money. It took 5-6 weeks for just the 1st logo drafts. That is something that should have been mentioned during the consultation since I was already on a tight schedule. I mentioned to Chloe that if she is unable to complete the service that I'm paying for in a reasonable time, especially if it's admittedly because of an error on her part, I would respectfully like to cancel everything and get a full refund, so I can hire someone who can. However, I was only given a partial refund due to all the "time" she put in. In an effort to save face, she offered to still complete the brand book for me using the photos that I took (with another photographer) that I had to hire and she would provide it to me, asap. I sent her the photos and when i didn't hear back from her for over a week, per usual, I contacted her for update. It was at that point that she mentioned needing to change some things and asked for my logo files. She could've simply text, call , email to let me know something else was needed...but will simply just waste time. I never received the logo files that I chose from her drafts. I wanted it, since I'm not getting a full refund and I basically paid for it. In the end, I lost $ and only have a color palette to show for it. More...

Many customers call her Chloe, but I call her Britannica! When ever I need her she is there and the need for items for @TheUrbanAdvocateAtlanta (on IG) was no different. When I say 3rd time is the charm I mean it. I came to her after trying to work with 2 other people who showcased work that seemed more aligned with what I needed. Don’t like all the beauty work fool you! We sat down and I told her exactly what I desired. And she went to work. I love the transparency she provides throughout the process and how much she both listens and hears your needs. When everything is said and done, we will have 3 social media cards, a logo that highlights my 3 preferred colors with the correct shades and a few different color compositions of it, she provided me with the actual color number so when i try to make little things myself i can make sure the colors align, a business card design that really highlights my personality and the first impression i want people to have about The Urban Advocate, and she will have them printed on paper that stands out. I appreciate her telling me “NO” when I need to hear it and streamlining my ideas. I can’t wait to get another card made by her and whatever services I need.
