Held my birthday party in the basement area at the weekend. Everyone of the staff excelled themselves. The most kind, funny, accommodating, helpful, warmest people Iv had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was too much. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. The venue itself is wonderful, as is the food. I can't recommend Chelsea Drugstore highly enough not just for big events but also its just a wonderful place to go for drinks. If I lived in Dublin this would be my bar. Here on holiday, stopped in twice and both nights I received exceptional service and cocktails. In all my years of dealing with people in the entertainment industry, i have never met such a sound, helpful ,polite and professional bunch of people as the staff of the Chelsea Drugstore Bar. From the minute you walk into its funky surrounds ,one is made feel welcome and special . Cool lighting /decor/ and sounds without being overkill or pretentious and possibly the best cocktails on the planet... Dublin's best kept secret..... but not for much longer ..... Great spot!...bar staff are super...like scientists behind the bar...busy making fantastic cocktails! Even when they are busy, they always make time to explain a cocktail if necessary, or just have a general chat. I booked an area in the basement bar for my birthday. The staff got back to me very fast with all the information I needed, and everything was ready when I arrived. The bar staff is great: skilled, fast and really nice. I really loved the music set on the night (April 15). It was exactly my kind of tunes and we danced the night away until closing time. Drinks are lovely, the seats are comfy and the place is neither too dark or too loud. I had a wonderful time and we'll all be back for more. Well done! More...
