Nice calm ealing hotel with a lovely restaurant. I have stayed a few times on work trips amd had a great night.
Restaurant has a limited menu but what they cook is done really well most mains are around the £15 mark and really filling.
Rooms are clearly and nice but it suffers from the old hotel thing which is plugs no where near your bed.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
there are some great places to grab a drink and sit in the grounds. So all in all a quality night and place to stay at a reasonable price. There isn't too much around it as in bars or pubs etc but you don't need it when you have all that in your hotel

Stayed in post refurbished rooms - comfortable, well appointed. Staff were really accommodating and polite also. Had an issue with a cot bed we had arranged, which is only reason for 4 and not 5 stars

Wonderful hotel. Felt like stepping back in time to an old manor house in foyer. Raging fire in a very big fireplace. Sweeping staircase. I highly recommend. I popped in to ask to use the loo. After reading a couple of reviews, i must say i was abit apprehensive, if not scared of spending a couple of weeks at the Chace as i had already been booked in for work. However, i was pleasantly surprised when i got there.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, the rooms are basic,if you are after the " 5 star" experience; but my room has certainly been kept clean. You also get teas/ coffees and complimentary biscuits.They serve English (so good)and continental breakfast. My only issue with them is the very limited dinner menu which means you have to constantly repeat meals if you are staying there for a longer period of time. Sometimes it can be noisy when they have the occasional wedding but other than that, it's pretty quiet. For a budget hotel, 4 stars it is, till i get more food options!!! More...
