To learn just how powerful the mind is. Hours upon hours of home practice. I could not be happier with the spiritual wisdom I have obtained and of the lifelong process of growth gained. A highly intense eight weeks, to learn that mindfulness will forever be an everyday way of living. Mindfulness in all its forms, it is such a release, and I like it. It’s not a lifestyle; it’s a way of life.

"After taking an 8-session CBT course with Pat Rockman and David Denis, who were both superb leaders and a great duo, some of us decided that we wanted to continue to meet. We wanted to continue the practice and support one another even though we had no leader. We decided on a monthly gathering which has turned out to be both helpful and fun.
