This is a small venue beneath a Bed & Breakfast. The place is gorgeous. The dining area is spread out among about 4 open and connecting rooms. There's two exits to the seating area outside. I'm not sure how other people set up or if it's always set up this way, but the main table was set up inside the largest room with a snack table set up next to it. The cake was set up on a pretty display in the room across from that. The DJ set up in the pavilion outside and we used the area in front of it as the dance floor. There was outside seating that we all took advantage of when it was time to do the first dance and everything else that comes with a wedding. There were waiters available to help serve drinks and clean up afterward. The bride and groom had actually set up a taco stand outside of the other exit so guests could go get tacos whenever they felt like it for the duration of the taco stand. It was a lot of fun and a great use of the limited space, imo. It didn't feel as tight as I was worried it would and everyone had a great time. I would totally love to come back here. More...

Came for my Birthday Weekend with 5 close friends. The space is amazeballs!. I had The Master Suite that had a patio that overlooked a lake. It was beautiful. The beds were amazing it was like they were stuffed and sewn by angels. The kitchen was very warm n cozy for being huge and beautifully appointed . It is an amazing venue for the Perfect intimate setting. The grounds and landscape are so serene. I loved it. The kitchen is out of sight fully equipped to accommodate your needs.

stayed here for the 4th of july weekend. greatest house ever! very comfortable and nice. we enjoyed our weekend. ms. jane is the nicest person. it was nice to relax in the comfortable beds after a 9 hour drive. a/c was cold!!!! its so nice to sit on the balcony and drink coffee in the a.m. i would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay near memphis without having to deal with a cramped hotel room. Nestled in a quite location, this is a true southern charm with detail in the landscape design with doll house on the lawn for the little girls, ponds for the little boys, comfortable porch for a late afternoon lemonade. Stained concrete floors and detail in the renovation of this beautiful home, this setting makes the perfect location for that special wedding reception, wedding can take place on the lawn, baby shower or birthday celebration.
