My wedding here was incredibly beautiful and so much more than anything I ever dreamt of! Mrs. Penny was so helpful from the time I called her to set up a tour all the way down to right before I walked down the aisle. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her staff. The barn is beautiful, clean, and well kept up. The staff was very friendly and professional! Anything I needed during planning, Mrs. Penny was right there with an answer and assistance. Awesome!!!!! Only way to describe it. We held my daughter's wedding and reception here and were super pleased with everything. The place is beautiful and very well appointed. Every detail was taken care of. Penny and her staff were great and took exceptional care of everything. We couldn't have been more pleased. My neice had her wedding here and we were floored at how nice the place is. Very rustic and country feel. They have armed sevices discounts too. The barn itself is ideal for weddings or any kind of party. Just a really good, quiet area. I really wish there was a rating higher than 5 star, because this place DESERVES A 10 STAR!!!!!The Cedar Post Barn truly was an amazing place for my wedding. I was able to have the rustic country wedding I've always dreamed of having since I was a little girl. Not only was the barn just simply beautiful the staff was amazing and the owner Mrs. Penny truly helped make my day even more special. She has some decorations already at the barn she allows to be used, she helps direct your wedding and keep things from getting to crazy, she even works with you on helping you choose your date going over the little details making sure you don't forget anything. She kept me from losing my mind the day of my wedding as a bride I had so much on my mind. I planed my wedding on my own, and I had just lost my grandpaw not even a month before my wedding. Mrs. Penny and her staff was there to make sure that everything fell into place and took place at the right time just like it should have. She made sure everything was perfect!! Even allowed the children to feed the fish and baby alligator in her pond. I am so thankful I was scrolling on Facebook and saw this barn, I didn't care how far away it was. If you have a Facebook I highly suggest go check out there page!! The moment I saw this barn I knew I had to get married there, and I'm so glad that my husband and I did!! The view was great! From the time we entered the venue everyone was attended to and helped in anyway. Penny helped with the wedding coordinating and did a great job and saved us a ton of money. Very nice facility. Clean,great setup, friendly staff. Only two negatives are its odd location (out of the way and quiet but entrance to facility is not easily noticeable on two lane highway) and lack of cell service
