Communication, food options, and the food itself was great! We used The Catering Company of WNY for my baby shower last weekend. We received many compliments on the food and would consider using them to cater another party! The presentation was gorgeous too. We had assorted wraps with a variety of aioli, and my only recommendation would be for the name of each aioli to be more visible. Each one was labeled, but not where the guests could see it. We had the pleasure of having Krista and Sean’s Conpany the Catering Company in Hamburg ny. Catered my daughter Courtney and Carmen ODonnells wedding reception July 21. With 240 guests in East Eden in her godmothers backyard The food was hot,and delicious as usual. And plentiful. The staff went above and beyond to make that day perfect for us. They thought of everything we missed in planning. They were all absolutelyAmazing. Thank you for all u did to. Make her wedding day. The best day ever. All of our guests were raving about not only our day, but the reception (especially the food and desserts) for quite awhile after. Since then I’ve used The Catering Company for small buffets, both in a venue, as well as at my house and can’t speak highly enough for Krista’s attention to detail, quality and presentation of the foods from appetizers to main course to desserts! My son and daughter in law had the pleasure of having the Catering Company for their Amazing outside July wedding. As a mom the wedding arena is not something i would consider myself as knowledgeable. I am beyond greatful for the knowledge and comfort that Krista and her Staff provided. When you are mom of bride/groom you just need someone to walk you through all the things you do not think of. This is the professionalism we were provided. As you can imagine you have additional concearns when holding a venue outside. Our food looked amazing, was served hot and delicious as all of our guests could not believe how good it was. Used Krista for my daughter's wedding. For food ,had roast,beef ,chicken ,white mac and cheese.,broccoli.food hot and delicious. rented tablecloths which were elegant.serving plates sturdy,silverware durable.on time and reasonably priced.had staff,for serving,went above and,beyond,cleaning tables,bagging up leftovers in bags I provided. We had our outdoor wedding at Rotunda, catered by The Catering Company and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Krista told me when we booked not to worry about anything, that she would make sure everything was exactly how we wanted and she delivered on that promise! Krista does wonderful work. We recently had our wedding at the Grandeview in Ellington. She created a wonderful appetizer tray. The food was delicious. Our guest were very impressed and satisfied. They complimented the food the entire night. Her deserts were amazing. There was a variety that kept everyone entertained and guessing. She worked well with our venue and DJ. Just a quick note to thank the Catering Company for their help getting delicious home-cooked meals onto our table during the bustle of the season. We are busy with two businesses, the daily chores of running our home and holiday prep. During these hectic times it's a joy to bring home fresh, hot homemade goodness like meatloaf, fried chicken, goulash, chicken enchiladas every Thursday. First time using this company for an inexpensive dinner. Absolutely loved everything. We received the lemon pepper chicken, Asiago mac & cheese and mix greens salad that came with dressing. All this for $40 which they say feeds 6 people, however feeds more like 7-8 depending on adults verse kids. All I can say is kid approved, which is huge for my family !! More...

Krista and her crew (Katie, Jacque, etc) are fantastic. We recently had a 2 day affair that included a family reunion and a 90th birthday party for our Mother. Krista catered both days (at different venues) easily due to her extensive and varied menu (one day was more casual and the next day more formal). We also had special diets to consider (vegetarian, gluten free and nut allergies). Krista was not fazed by it and made wonderful recommendations and accommodations. She and her crew made it possible for everyone to enjoy themselves. We will not hesitate to use Krista and The Catering Company in the future. Had Krista and her crew for my wedding. The food was fantastic! Krista bent over backwards for my husband and I since we had no communication from the original venue we booked for our wedding. With 2.5 weeks notice she had everything taken care of for us, including co-ordinating with the new venue and getting the liquor license! Everyone raved about how wonderful the food was. Krista did our wedding reception in October 2016 and I cannot compliment her and her staff enough. When I first contacted her she immediately replied and I could tell from our first phone conversation that I had found the company I wanted to do our reception. She was able to answer questions and offer menu suggestions or tips that might help the meal. We had several allergies she was able to accommodate and when I realized a few weeks before the wedding that we had another allergy she swiftly was able to let me know her food did not contain the allergen. This brings me to the wedding. They were there early to set up the bar and the stations and arrived with food that was nice and warm (and delicious) at the perfect time. She did a beautiful job displaying our donuts for our dessert, which is something that was above and beyond what we expected her to do! She even included placards for the different flavors. Her staff was polite and were able to get the tables called in an efficient manner. It's been two weeks and we are still getting compliments on the food we served! I definitely recommend Krista and her company for a wedding or any other event that you may have. More...
