Oh man - The Catering Carnival was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to hire them again! We had our Thanksgiving dinner drop-off catered by them this year. It was magnificent. They allowed us to customize our menu to our exact specifications and then BOY did they ever deliver. The food arrived at the exact minute we had requested. It was all hot and yummy! The turkey was succulent, the stuffing contained a plethora of amazing flavors with a hint of sweet, the yams practically tasted like pie filling, and (my favorite) the green bean casserole was many different layers of savory goodness. There were also Brussel sprouts with bacon, some yummy rolls, and their homemade Mac and cheese was the bomb! Kids loved it... ok yes, the adults went nuts for it too! Like I said, we are already planning on hiring them for our next event.... so, I would highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed! More...

I hired these guys about a year ago for a small dinner party, about 5 of us. It was such a great experience! It was a while ago so I can't remember the chef's name, I think it was David, he was on time, professional, super friendly, did a great job working with my tiny apartment kitchen and crappy old stove. The food was impeccable! No joke BEST crab cakes I've ever had in my life! We all had a great time and my friends were also so impressed with the food. They still talk about the dinner. I'm not a fancy person who hires private chefs all the time, it was my first, but it was such a great experience I would do it again if a special occasion came up and would absolutely hire him again! Highly recommend! It took so long to leave this review because I forgot to do it last year and I'm an outta sight outta mind person, unfortunately, but I just got on here to look for another service and saw them on my list and had to leave this review. Absolutely beyond delicious. Despite the very real threat of congestive heart failure from all the fried offerings, I will definitely eat from this truck again, and die with a happy belly. ;p

Carnival catering catered our 60 person backyard wedding! We were able to customize our menu and hors d'oeuvres and the food was delicious! We had it set up as a buffet and it flowed smoothly. Wish I could give this truck 6 stars!! We had a 4th of July party at our house in Venice with 50 guests and had The Carnival Truck cater the event. Kelsea was incredibly responsive and professional during the communications prior to the event & was very accommodating of my asks. We customized the menu based on their most popular items and had our guests pay for themselves. The truck arrived on time, was super flexible with parking and setup and was up and running right away. It's a family run business with the husband, wife and their baby daughter. They work so well together and definitely make the food with love. Amazing Food. Great people! The incredible Changing cheeseburger is a must! Want to fix a stressful day? Go for the Oreo cookie surprise.  Super Hungry? Go Dumburitto. I recently had the Carnival Truck come out to an event I was hosting and wow!!! They did a great job! They came early to setup and effectively delivered food to my guests so they weren't left waiting very long at all!  And the food was delicious!! On the unhealthy side? Sure, but what do you expect from Carnival food !!! Delicious American foods fried in all ways, and when one of my guests asked if they could combine their deep-fried Oreo dish with the Deep-fried Twinkie dish, with no questions at all, the primary chef of the Carnival Truck deftly complied and provided my guest in his words, "The most astounding dessert in his life!" Had their frito taco thing last Saturday night, as well as some of my sister's burrito and some of my nieces fried pickles with the special sauce. All of it was super yummy, kinda addicting.
