Can highly recommend Kylie and her cat sitter services. Have used Kylie for my cats previously. Dad has been in hospital since April 15th and I was finding it difficult feeding dads cat, working etc. Kylie was able to help immediately and has been helping with this difficult situation. Kylie did a great job when we were away for more than a week. We missed our cat a lot and Kylie put us at ease with pictures of our feline and regular updates. I used Kylie for cat sitting for the first time this March, 2019. My cat Lucy is 17 years old and she has got increasingly stressed about going to a cattery when we go away. Cat sitting was the way to go and I liked Kylie's style of service. Kylie was very friendly and efficient. She met Lucy and got all the necessary information about her, including the daily medication she needs. Kylie reported back at the end of her visits about how things had gone. We used Kylie for the first time this weekend, on the recommendation of friends and we couldn't be happier. She was so friendly and professional and we felt 100% confident that Humphrey would be well looked after. Kylie took excellent care of our weird and crazy Marcy while we were away for 2 weeks. It was the perfect option for us as she is quite shy, but Kylie is very friendly and managed to get her to come out of her shell. Kylie is an amazing cat sitter she is caring, hard working and extremely knowledgeable. I was a little worried about leaving my cat for a couple of weeks but that slowly dissipated after I received my first daily update. Kylie goes above and beyond, she noticed that there was an unusual open wound so she notified me immediately and arrange a visit to the vet. I loved her transparency and throughout I had complete faith in her abilities to do the right thing. Jade's wound is starting to heal thanks to Kylie. Kylie is a great pet sitter. She squeezed us in during her busiest time and at pretty short notice and came to meet our pets before our holiday, to take notes on the care that they all needed. We had regular updates from her whilst we were away, and Kylie even messaged to say that she’d noticed a minor eye ailment that our cat had but that we’d forgotten to tell her about. Kylie did a fantastic job looking after my three cats. She came to meet them first, took notes about their needs (cuddles for one in particular) and I went on holiday receiving an update via text which reassured me that they were all happy. It's the personal touches that make Kylie so great, she watered my veg in the greenhouse, put the bins out for collection and left everything spotless and I came home to a happy cat home. Kylie is the best! I was so lucky when I found her page and she agreed to look after my boy Henry so he wasn't on his own all day when I'm at work. Kylie is friendly, happy and kind. Henry loves his visits and I always come home to a happy dog. Always happy to continue what training we have started and was super helpful with visits when Henry had his elbow operations. This is the second time Kylie has looked after our fur baby. I'm always so worried when we go away from home and have to leave her. Kylie is simply the BEST!!! She looks after our furry Babies like they are her own. My lovely Cooper has diabetes and Kylie comes in twice a day to sort him out and both cats are happy to see her. Kylie is brilliant. I didn’t want to leave my 14 year old cat in a cattery and this was the perfect solution. Kylie was professional and friendly from the first contact. She visited beforehand to get to know Poppy and all her habits, likes and dislikes. Kylie messaged me while I was away and sent me pictures so I knew my girl was fine. Kylie is the absolute best! My husband and I travel fairly often, and we’re so happy we found her to take care of our two kitties. She came over and met them beforehand and took really detailed notes about how to care for them and even watered our basil when we were away. We’ve been having her watch them for about a year now. The cats love her and wait for her in the window now whenever we’re away! My boy cat absolutely hates his carrier, and they both despise the car, so it’s much less stressful for all of us to have her come watch them instead of going to a cattery — not to mention cheaper! Kylie is an absolute star and the service that she provides is second to none.
She came to meet Oscar beforehand and took notes on how to care for him, even offering other such services like putting the bins out and watering the garden etc.
I got regular updates whilst we were away saying Oscar is getting all the cuddles and fuss from her which put my mind at ease as didn't want him to get lonely without us there.
I'd definitely use her again and couldn't recommend her enough to anyone who doesn't want the stress of putting their kitties into catteries or asking the neighbours to look after them whilst they're away.
