The Cat and Dog Company

Very poor service.
I used this company 2 years ago when I had behaviour issues with my 2 chihuahuas. Michelle turned up 45min late - blaming the difficulty to find parking, even though I had advised on the location of ‘pay and display’ parking on my street. She didn’t apologise and was actually quite rude when she finally arrived, which was not what you would expect from a professional.
She then spent 30min giving me the most ridiculous advice (keeping my super energetic dogs locked in my 2 square meter kitchen when I was away) and other basic advice that I could have just found with a quick google search.
She then spent the rest of the session asking me about weight loss tips since I am a personal trainer.
Overall really bad experience and biggest rip off. I spent a lot of money on this consultation and it was just a joke. More...

Shortly: After changing the visit date few times and moth later we finally met. Michelle came and was very nice, we talked about out dog and everything looked to be ok. She promised follow-up via e-mail with her recommendations, exercises we have to do and things we have to get to properly train him, videos to show the process etc.

I am afraid since 22nd of July we have nothing back will today 20th of August. Not exactly what I was expecting looking for long time partnership. More...

Michelle was invaluable in helping us with our dog's behavioural problems. We were really struggling and quite frankly, could not have continued to keep him had it not been for Michelle's level of expertise. From the initial communication, to the actual consultation, our experience with The cat and Dog company was excellent. Michelle has made a huge impact on our dog's behaviour, which has improved immeasurably. Cat & Dog Co operate an easy to use website which makes me feel confident that the people recommended will take care of my dog as if he were their own.
