Very pleased with Gary’s work. The preliminary visit was professional and informative. Met Gary for the first time today. He was recommended to us. A good call. Found him to be honest straightforward and friendly. Gave us a few options, which was helpful, although in the end we asked him to clean a stained mattress. Excellent result and he spent more time on the job than envisaged without charging more. Gary was my fourth emergency service. I can't recommend The Carpet Cleaning Company enough. It was change over day at my holiday house in Beadnell with new guests arriving at 4pm. At 2pm we discovered some previous guests had left a nice pile of vomit hidden under one of the beds! So in two hours Gary came to my rescue straight away and dealt with the situation extremely professionally and made the carpet brand new again. How lucky was I! Many thanks Gary. What a great job! Gary cleaned all my bedroom carpets - removing the following: lipstick (thanks to the teenager), sick and blood (thanks to the cats) and made my attempt at removing stains much less visible as well. Oh and the stairs are looking much fresher and the sofa cushions are now back to their original colour instead of being muddy (again, thanks for that, cats).
