The energy clearing treatment I received from Sushma was one of the most intense and effective I've ever experienced. Pain disappeared, unwanted things moved out, space was cleared, and light entered. I saw bright healing purple as I felt the old leave making way for the new. When a friend of a friend recommended a visit to The Calmery, as a natural cynic, I was dubious about this new age nonsense, however I left very impressed by my session.
Sushma is kind and gentle and presents everything in a very matter of fact, no nonsense way.
To begin with, I was offered a choice of Sanskrit chanting or Debussy.
Within a few minutes of Sanskrit, I felt like I had been wrapped up in a warm blanket and become very relaxed.
My stresses and worries melted away.
The hour flew by and I felt very relaxed, and lighter, as if a heavy weight had been lifted from me.
I have no idea what she did, or how she did it. However I found it very beneficial. I left feeling stronger more focused and energised. Amazing. I will be a regular visitor to The Calmery.

All sessions are held online currently over zoom. Energy work does not require physical contact to be effective.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’m not doing face to face currently so everyone is safe.
Energy Healing & Guidance
In the session we will work to understand your issue and then release its vibration from your body, so it doesn’t trouble you anymore in the same way.
