Excellent workshops and classes! Last Wednesday I learned to make croissants and pain au chocolat! delicious! Last night we learned to pipe buttercream flowers on cup cakes. Lindsay and I are absolutely thrilled with the cake and cupcakes we ordered for our wedding. We would like to thank you for your expertise and advice on our first visit, particularly as we weren't sure on what size or style to order. It was very helpful to see lots of photos of different designs.Your suggestion to have the top tier sponge and the lower tier the traditional fruit was much appreciated and the flower decorations were beautifully arranged.The cupcakes matched perfectly with the colour scheme and their purple cases were gorgeous. Of course, they were all absolutely delicious and we are pleased to say our guests agree too! The size of wedding cake was ideal as it meant we could share it with many friends so thanks also for the lovely cake boxes.
