This establishment has consistently exceeded my expectations! Michelle has blossomed into a refined baker and is steadfast in providing stellar customer service, by doing a few things well and not mass producing her from scratch recipes! I think it is a great problem to have when she is running out of her product! That means the consumer needs to take advantage of her advanced ordering services or come in earlier in the day. I have seen some negative posts, that are symbolic of the typical internet bully or troll: starting off with, " I try to support local businesses, but...!" The real conjunction and truth translation says: "i support them but let me try to defeat yours!" I charge everyone to read and follow the directions on the sign clearly posted on the bar, that reads: "If you have found your experience to be less than charming, please email us to express how we can improve our service or the quality of our products." The email address follows the owner's, M. Jasper, signature. At what point will humanity begin to treat people like humans and celebrate the success of others? While nothing will satisfy everyone, but those who are, please let someone else know; for some reason negative experiences are exacerbated by the lack of communicating positive experiences. So hopefully the hundreds of satisfied customers, who bought her out, day after day since her opening, will counterbalance the 5 or 6 unfairly reviewed comments. Encouragement from family and friends helped push me to start my own bakery. I had a solid clientele before I even opened the doors.
