I am a UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist (BA (Hons) PGDip Psych) and offer a safe space for people to explore themselves and any challenges Life may throw at them.

I offer a creative, dynamic and straightforward approach to therapy which is underpinned by a number of key disciplines such as psychodynamic, humanistic, Existential, person centred and Jungian.

As an integrative therapist I am trained and skilled in all of these approaches and draw on the relevant philosophies depending on the clients needs and tailor the therapy to the individual. The most important element, I feel, is the relationship between therapist and client. If this is right then you will have the right environment for you to explore whatever it is that needs attention, so as to facilitate the necessary changes you desire in yourself and your life.

I have a keen interest in parenthood and motherhood and families and run workshops and groups in this area.

I also have a vested interest in and support people and businesses in the arts, creative and media worlds, having worked in the creative industry for over 15 years.
