What do you love most about your job?
I love identifying hidden challenges that are slowing down or stopping a business owner from achieving their goals - whether that's increased clients and profits, or more time away from the business. This knowledge enables the business owner to fix those things (with my help if they want) and get the results they want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I originally trained as a lawyer and it was only when I left the law and set up my own business that I realised how little I'd learned about running a business. So I decided to study, train and learn everything I could about running an growing a profitable business and this inspired me to set up The Business Instructor to help others learn this too.
