Staying over 2 nights attending wedding nearby,1st night had really delicious meal in the willow room, lovely friendly attentive staff.
Great breakfast but the most unexpected & really special touch was when our prebooked taxi to the wedding venue didn’t arrive! The owner offered to take us so we wouldn’t be late & then a customer stepped up & took us instead, can’t thank him - Dave, enough. Customer service a massive 100%?

I’m not usually one fo writing reviews but in this case I felt I have to. We had our wedding reception at the Bull & Willow rooms on the 5th of January and it was just perfect, Umesh and his team were absolutely out of this world, staff are amazing, location is perfect and the property itself is stunning.
.. we had around 100 people at the venue with a DJ and food ‘naughty nibbles’, I’ve never had so many people rave about what an fantastic night they had and we owe it all to Umesh and his fantastic team, this is wonderful venue.
To top it off there are also 4 bedrooms at the venue which are great, nicely furnished and have all the necessaries you require.
The food was out of this world incredible - all of our family and friends commented on how amazing it was. Breakfast the next morning was delicious as well.
Massive, huge, gigantic special thank you Umesh and team for a perfect night. 5* xxx

Thank you so much to Umesh and his lovely group of people at The Willow Room for making our twin Daughters’ 18th birthday party so amazing! We could not find one fault everything was perfect from the greeting of our guests on the lawn to the final dance! We were totally looked after by Umesh who took control of the evening with finesse and from a worrying mother that likes to be in control it was so lovely to have someone else do it all for me! Real quality function room, a true gem out in the sticks. Viewed maybe 20 venues for our party and this is where we ended up, and it did not disappoint! Fantastic place, super friendly good was amazing beer battered fish and triple cook chips was perfect. And my fiance had the 1/2lb burger.
She abosulty loved it.
We have also just booked our wedding reception for October 2018 in the willow room. We was made to feel right at home. This place was just spot on.
