I was so nervous about getting HD Brows at first - had seen so called celebrities with slugs as eyebrows. Anyway today was my third appointment with the gorgeous Katie. And my eyebrows are nearly nearly where I want them to be! Gorgeous salon, amazing staff who make you feel so comfortable and you are the most important person they are dealing with. Yesterday I visited the brow lounge for the third time and I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. The girls do such an amazing job and make you feel really comfortable. The lady who did my HD brows was so friendly and professional, I have encountered patronising beauticians and technicians before so I was nervous trying somewhere new, but they are all so lovely. I've been coming to the Brow Lounge for a while now and have loved every visit. Usually Katie does my brows but I had to cancel my last appointment due to terrible traffic causing me to be really late. Today Nadiya did my brows for the first time. After going to the same place for my brows for over 7 years I was a little anxious to try somewhere new but after seeing some of the work and the amazing brows on Instagram done by The Brow Lounge I just had to give it a go - Katie is so lovely and made me feel so at ease I am beyond happy with my brows now they have gone from really thin to nice and thick with a great defined shape 100% recommend !

I can't recommend Katie Brow and her team of dedicated artists enough. They are a friendly team of professional ladies that love there jobs.
I was nagged into going by my teenager daughter, has I'd suffered a trauma a few years ago which caused my hair, brows and lashes to fall out, everything grew back apart from my brows.
These were patchy in places and had no shape, I was made welcome by Laura whose my brow pro even though I've only been 3 times we can't believe how quickly they have grown and are starting to fill in.
My young teenager daughter came for 1 st time last week. Katie did her's she was getting teased at school for looking like she had no brows has they are pure blonde. Katie only went 2 shades darker and H D them. They look fantastic has she already had a lot of brow, she could shape them well. She's really pleased with them.
This team of women make you feel welcome has soon as you walk through the door, I can truly recommend them to you, even if your brows need tidying up or like me you have suffered hair loss on your brows.

Can’t recommend this place enough! I’m always wary of where I have my brows done after a wax at Benefit left me with next to no eyebrows but I have 100% confidence in the Brow Lounge. Nadiya is amazing and I always leave super happy with how my brows have turned out. After 4+ visits I’ve got a much fuller brow - it’s amazing what HD brows can do for someone with fair hair like me! Have my lash extensions done by Jane (hope the spelling is right!) and would 100% recommend her to everyone! I've had lash extensions done many times at other salons & not had too much of a bad experience before, however no comparison to Jane, she is amazing! Got my eyebrows done today for the first time in about 3 years due to a bad experience, I’ve always been self conscious about them but the girl (I don’t know her name sorry but she’s got blonde hair) that did them has not only given them colour but an amazing shape and given me eyebrows I’d never have dreamed of Thankyou so much!!!

Being lucky enough to win the Ombre brow competition I finally got to have my brows done by Katie at The Brow Lounge. 100% worth the hour drive and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Katie took me through the process and put me at ease about what was going to happen... To think a couple of years ago I didn’t care much for my eyebrows and now they’re the most important thing on my face.
